Tonight, club members will explore ways of enhancing your enjoyment of amateur radio by giving tuition and training practice in Morse code (sometimes referred to as Carrier Wave or CW). Come along and learn or dust off the cobwebs. All are welcome.

The middle exam for amateur radio is the Intermediate Level. This will, upon successful completion, give the call sign 2#0. Tonight we are looking to help those Foundation Level members to lift up their qualifications to the Intermediate Level. It is also a great reminder for those already holding Intermediate and Full, refreshing the theory that has already been learned.

With the weather hopefully being kind, the club is going outside for the afternoon and evening. We will be setting up an HF site and getting those with no, little, or some knowledge and experience onto the air on HF bands. We have a wealth of knowledge in the club and we hope to share this along with whetting people's interest in HF operation.
